I would like to sign up for the following:

  • Regular Season

    • June 15 – September 15 (13 weeks)
    $325 per share ($25 per week)

    Each share is designed to provide enough fresh, seasonal produce for two people (or one person who really likes vegetables!).

  • Extended Season

    • June 1 – September 30 (17 weeks)
    $425 per share ($25 per week)

    The Extended Season CSA share includes the same seasonal produce as the Regular Season, plus four extra weeks of baby greens, winter squash, pickles, preserves, fresh breads and handmade soap.

    50% of share price must be paid by May 1, 2012, with the remaining balance due by June 1, 2012

    Pick up options (please select one):

  • I would prefer a morning pick-up (6am – 8am)
  • I would prefer an afternoon pick-up (4pm – 6 pm)
  • I would prefer a weekend pick-up (Saturday or Sunday)

    • Pick-up locations and times will be announced prior to the start of the 2012 season.

    I understand that my membership payment entitles me to a weekly share of goods harvested for the CSA during the 2012 growing season from Turtle Cove Farm. I understand that this is a community supported venture and although Turtle Cove Farm is committed to providing high quality produce, there are risks in agriculture that need to be shared by the whole community. I am responsible for picking up my produce on the day of delivery during scheduled pick-up hours. No special arrangements can be made if I do not pick up my box on time. I have read and understand the information in this application and agree to the details of membership outlined herein:
